1. Where do you ship?
Package will be delivered to address indicated in Singapore, including Sentosa and Jurong Island.
2. How long before I receive my order?
JW Lights m Bathroom makes every effort to deliver your order out of warehouse within 1~3 working days from placing the order and finishing payment online. JW Lights m Bathroom is not liable in respect of any shipping delays, nor of loss of any kind caused as a direct or indirect consequence due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. In these situations JW Lights m Bathroom will try the best to notify customer of the delay, and as feasible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with estimated delivery date. However, some products required longer time than others to be deliver.
3. Do JW Lights m Bathroom offer free shipping?
Yes! JW Lights m Bathroom offers free shipping for orders above S$500. If your order is below S$500 you will be charged shipping fee as below:
– S$0 ~ S$500 : S$40/Trip
4. Can I self collect my order?
Yes! Once you place your order, we will process your order and inform you when it is ready for collection. You can self collect your order at our shop at Block 69, Toa Payoh Lorong 4, #01-371 Singapore 310069.

6. Return & Exchange Conditions.
| Conditions | • The deposit (50%) paid herein is required for placing of order (NOT REFUNDABLE) and the balance shall be paid in FULL THREE DAYS BEFORE delivery of goods. We retain ownership & property right on goods delivered until entire payment is settled. • Delivery of goods are to ground level of site within Singapore only. Installation of goods will not be provided unless otherwise stated. • Goods delivered are to be received in person & signed, unless otherwise instructed – delivered goods are deemed to be all in order and good condition. Complaints of defective goods must be reported within the same day they were delivered. No complaints would be entertained after date of delivery, the Seller will not be liable in respect to any loss, defect, and damages of the goods after delivery date and by deliveries from third parties. • All confirmed goods are not returnable or exchangeable upon delivered or installed. There will be an administration/cancellation surcharge fee of 30% of any one or more of the item(s)’ price is applicable on any cancellation of confirmed Invoice before delivery. • No cancellation or refund for order(s) of specially import indent, customized, fabricated and any other goods display or used goods are sold as it is condition and accepted by Customer upon confirmation and delivery. • Under the category of “Products that Cannot be Returned or Exchanged – All sinks, ceramic products, promotion products” listed below. |
