Click submit to have a password reset link e-mailed to you. However, if you forget your username or the email you had registered with us, please call us at 6689 7687 / 9878 2388 during office hours (Mon - Sun, 9am -7pm) for further assistance.

1. Sign into your webstore account.
2. Select the product that you want, choose the options and click ‘Add to cart’.
3. You may also adjust the options or remove items once they are in your cart.
4. Click checkout once you have added all desired product(s).
5. Enter your delivery address, select the deliver timing and click next.
6. On the next page, click ‘Place Order’ and you are done!
7. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
8. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

Your order goes through few steps before reaching your door. (The estimated dellvery time is quoted by the carrier; it may experience a few day's delay rush season. e.g. Christmas. New Year,etc). The time frame as following:

Step 1 (1 business day): Order received.

Step 2 (2 business days): Order processing.

Step 3 (1 business day): Order delivery.

We do not have a minimum order amount, but kindly note that purchase under $100 is subjected to delivery charge.

Currently we only provide local delivery.

Jin Wang Hardware webstore products will vary from time to time, differ from promotion to promotion. The items availability may due to limited quantities or special collaboration.

You will receive an order form from us and we will update you the stocks soonest availability.

We will send an email or call you to keep you posted on the item(s) availability. If the item(s) is no longer available, Jin Wang Hardware reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
